What size turbo for b20? please help!
Im building a B18b sleeved to 84.5mm with ls head, fully built. What size turbo do you recommend for this? I was thinking of going with a 60-1, but not sure what trim to get. I will be boosting 15psi on the street and 20+ on the track. Thanks for your input.

If you are worried about lag and just want a nice spooling street car get a
T3/T04E:
.63 A/R Turbine Housing
Stage III Turbine
.50 A/R Compressor Housing
50 Trim Compressor Wheel
This turbo should be able to support 350 whp without any major problems!
If lag is not an issue and you want Crazy Top End go with a
T3/T04E:
.82 A/R Turbine Housing
Stage III Turbine
.60 A/R Compressor Housing
60 Trim Compressor Wheel
This turbo will support 450 whp! It will spool around 3500-3800 rpms and you should be able to have full boost by 4500-4800 rpms with 8.5:1 CR. If you have higher CR then the lag will be less!

yeah maybe the greddy is a bit small for the cr-v but i just want a little more pull out of it on the highway. those turbos work fine on dsm and there 2.0s. pluss for the price of them kits on ebay, its a steal. oh and the cr-v is an automatic. hell ill do another ls/vtec setup that cheep to and worked great on the crx

If you notice on turbonetics website, they have no compressor maps listed on their site; wonder why? The T04B 60-1 is a very inefficient compressor, thus eliminating Turbonetics need to post it on their site. The T04B 60-1 is a very old compressor. You may be able to produce 350 whp with it, but the turbo will be mismatched as the compressor will be very big and the .63 A/R turbine housing will be NOT Small, but not proportioned!

You can help eliminate lag by sending the exhaust housing to Extrude Hone or getting a ball bearing center section!
