At the track with radials= problems
I wanted to try something different on my car so i went with the M/T 235/60/15 et drags, the problem is when I go into 2nd gear the car goes to shaking to the point where i would almost half to let of. Its not wheel hop, its more like a wobble and I half to fight the wheel to keep it straight. This goes on all the way down the track. It does fine with slicks.
The setup

s40 tranny
Went from 20psi down to 12 1/2psi and sill the same
comp stage5 clutch
Their is no loose parts ect in front end and alignment before the track.

Any info would be helpful to cure this problem!

same wheels as the slicks? were they balanced when mounted?
side note, if those tires are like bfg radials, you can go down to like 9-10 psi with them and see better results

No diffrent rims for the slicks. Yes they were balanced when mounted and i re checked them today.
I was running Mickey thompson ET drag radials 295/45/17's on my Mustang and had the same issue during the burnout and if I had first gear spin. The Mickey thompson radials have a very stiff sidewall. Even when I would drop the pressure to 12 psi they still looked fully inflated. I went to some 11.5X26X17 ET streets (the old school version) and the problem went away.
I had a similar thing happen last weekend. But instead of a drag radial or my usual M&H slicks. I decided to make a pass on my dunlop slicks I SCCA race with. Firstly, the worst 60's EVER with that car, and it shook like you were describing on the 1-2 shift, a LOT. To the point I "almost" got out of it but didn't. I've got over 100 passes in the car, and my tires caused whatever it was. Don't know the explanation though.
But I'm done using those tires at the strip. They were on the car and I thought, "what the heck... how bad could it be they're slicks?" it was bad...

Try to check your hub mating surface for flatness.there are instances where the hub has hard dirt e.g. hard rust that will form a space in between your wheel and hub when mounted..put your car on a lift and try to rotate the front tires and check for alignment when it spins.
