1) Well, I just looked and the valve stems must be metal on all tire/wheels on a car running 11's (per nhrasportcompact.com)

2) As far as seats go, the rulebook says that there must be 4 bolts on the bottom and 4 in the rear for all cars... but we don't have 1 in the rear in a stock configuration.... does this only come into play if you have a roll bar/cage to bolt it to? IT doesn't mention adjustability of seats that I can tell.

3) There is no mention of aftermarket wheel studs... only that the stud must thread into the lug at least 1 diameter length of the hex end of the stud....

I know a lot of guys running 10s at bandi with stock seats so I dont think that one is of major concern. THe belts, the cage the scatter sheild, studs, valves, helmet, jacket. are probably of cheif concern. Oh I couldnt find a sheild either., Maybe PFI has one, or god forbid PAC motorsports.

I wish I knew that one. I have been looking for a while for a scatter shield for mine. You will probably just have to get one made.

I'm good for all of this now; I've only got 1 more question:

There is no mention of aftermarket wheel studs... only that the stud must thread into the lug at least 1 diameter length of the hex end of the stud.... What do I specifically need in terms of aftermarket wheel studs? I've got ARP's for the front, but stock for the rear... do I need something for the rear as well?

No, the rears are ok since you are not running wide slicks back there....unless you have the CRV chassis on there. This is my understanding of the rules.
