Default Switch for MSD to CPR

Running MSD box and MSD coil and would like to change to CPR on hondata.
Is it worth?
My spark plug gap is .21 at the moment.
My setup is around 750hp (best trap is 158)

Is there any back to back about this switch?

the reason I switched to CPR was because ignition was breaking up above 7000rpm, turned out the problem was not the MSD but a faulty harness, I changed to rywire... but ever since I switched to CPR everything is perfect.

No problem at all with my MSD box and MSD coil even at 9500rpm.
Just asked If I could keep standard gap (.027) on my plugs in order to get more ignition.
Do you think I need to change If I go over 800hp?

i did that exact same swap. went from MSD box and coil to CPR and that was the best mod i have done to date. i was getting ton of spark blow up in high rpms changed to CPR and never had a problem again!

i was able to make my gap bigger when i swapped to CPR

i had the HVS II big blue msd coil. and i dont remember what RPMs i was having issues. i just remember i was having lots of issues with spark blow out.

i rev to 9300 RPMs and since i changed haven't had a single problem and it helped soooooo much

I run s2000 coils on my setup with a .015 gap. NGK BKR9EIX plugs. I rev to 11,000 rpm no problem and see 45+psi of boost down the track and trap 175mph in the 1/4. Still on the same plugs for over 100 dyno pulls and 25 track passes and not one hint of break up. Love the coil on plug and the security of not having a failure of a CDI box possibly (been there at an event). I run MoTeC M800 and a 16v system too.

You should put over .015 gap I think.

Thank you

CPR works fine w/V1. I have it on my daily street car now w/over 4000 miles. Starting time is increased by about one second otherwise you don't know it is there.

At 33 psi I'm pretty sure your going to have spark blow out, IF the igniter doesn't crap out first.

I just picked up my CPR, and it increases crank times by about a second, but at that much power I'm sure you won't be driving it on the street so I don't see why a hard start would even matter. Also, I haven't seen anything about needing a better battery anywhere. I don't see why you would.
