Default spraying something on intercooler

ok now when i am at the track i see people w/ gardening/ pressurized air spray bootles. spraying something on there intercoolers, while in the pits/ staging lanes. what is in the bottle that they could be spraying to lower temps. and its not nitrous or c02 in a plastic spray bottle.

in the pits its just cold water to get rid of heat soak.
