i have a b18c1 and i'm running a p28 ecu with a gsr IM and some jdm itr pistons with a 4-1 header. i''m running 14 flat all day and was wondering if anyway has any idea how much time i'll drop if i put the skunk2 intake manifold on. (AND YES I WILL TRY IT AND FIND OUT FOR MYSELF BUT I'M JUST WONDERING) thanks

if ya know what your doing and you have all the right tool--- it can be done in like 2 hours
maybe 1 tenth. maybe.
I am starting to think it is easier and better to get a gsr intake manifold ported and polished and have the second runners open all the time.
the skunk2 IM is NOT bolt in. it is a definete pain in the **** to install, and have the supporting parts installed properly
You can use my time/old setup for comparison:
92 hatch B18C1
CAI
Exhaust
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
P28 ECU w/Skunk2 program
13.8 on stock 13 inch steelies.

are you guys serious? i thought that i'm supposed to be losing a **** load of power cause of my IM and the p28 ecu that i'm using.

i just got a skunk2 IM on my 94 GSR......notice a big improvement through the powerband. I dynoed my car w/ just bolt ons, my custom all motor program chipped p28, ctr intake cam...and got 167whp. I was running 14.8 on the stock shitty michelins before the manifold, hopefully w/ slicks or radials and this manifold, i can drop into low 14's
those are some good numbers for the mods you have. are you using cam gears with that set up and is that 167 with the manifold and was that time you posted with the manifold?
i was asking ih8ricers but you got good numbers to

i would say you would do like a 13.8 considering right now your secondary butterflies dont open up so your not really feeling the full effect of vtec on the b18c1 since you are using the p28. once you switch over to the skunk2 intake manifold its a single stage and will work wonders with your p28.
