my friend had trouble with them a few years back. like he had his car worked on and the head got jacked. all in all they really screwed him over and he lost alot of money.
I WAS JUST OVER AT RS TODAY AND SPOKE WITH MIKE AND THE REST OF THE GANG OVER THERE AND THEY ASKED ME TO TELL EVERY ONE THAT THEY HAVE NOT FORGOTEN THAT THERE ARE MANY UNRESOLVED ISSUES THAT THEY WILL BE ATTENDING TO .. THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO AVOID ANY ONES CALLS BUT THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMSWITH THERE MAIN PHONE LINE .. I WAS ASKED TO GIVE THE WORKING NUMBER OUT TO EVERY ONE HERE.. THE NUMBER IS (310)221-6445 NOW PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE EVERY THING AS SQUARE AS HUMAN POSSIBLE BUT IN ORDER FOR THEM TO DO THIS THEY DO NEED YOU WORK WITH THEM ... SO TO EVERY ONE HERE GOOD LUCK DONT WORRY THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE IT UP TO YOU...
Ok , here is the thing : some people say that they have been screwed and some have not but the customer that sent me the money now wants his money back or the parts , now what am I going to do ? This is getting way out of hand and if I have to make a loan to pay the customer back then things are going to get ugly. They never answer their phones and the customer is very pissed off !!! Am I going to have to get an attorney or what ? Bisi said that he was going to help me out and now I have not heard from him either and I gave him my cell and my shop # , so you tell me , what am I supposed to do ?

I just wanted everyone to know that Rs has been sold.
The new owners have asked me to help them get information on everyone that has parts or blocks at RS So they can get your stuff to you.
This is not a post for everyone to bash RS it is a post to resolve issues.
Do not post your phone numbers in this thread IM me and I will forward all info to the new owners.
The new owners will let everyone know who they are after they fix all the problems.

This is just a bullshit ploy to buy more time and keep people off of RS's back. If there were nu owners, they would be proud of that fact. They would be out there trying to help the people that the previous owners screwed. They'd be out promoting new bizz. No one shud expect help cuz it ain't comming.

Everyone that has stuff at RS has contacted me and been updated daily on the progress of his or her stuff. Most of them have gotten there parts already and just to let you know Rs has been sold. So until you know all of the facts dont post anything that you know little of.
I have a list of people that have stuff there at RS and they will get all of there stuff. Be patient and you will get everything that is yours.

tom ... if you need help getting the word out for these customers of rs to contact you or anyone else, please let me know. we can generate a press release and post it on our website. we get plenty of visits per day and may help relieve some of the questions and tension this thread seems to be causing.

Well Said. Heny the Horse and all others should be thankful that you, Tom, are helping to resolve the issue with RS. As Tom stated, who cares who the owners are. You will most likely never deal with the owners themselves when dealing with a company, rather dealing with the staff which is just as good imo. And if you came into one of my stores, you would not be dealing with me but with my sales staff which can answer every question just like I can. Thats what they are being paid for. right?

It has been brought to my attention that you as Henry Johnson have no product at RS.
So unless you have product under a difrent name RS is no concern of yours.
