Default ************ RS Machine **************

Just wanted to let everyone know that RS machine are a bunch of thieves !!! I have sent them thousands of dollars over 8 months ago and no parts yet. At first it was just excuse after excuse and now they will not even answer the phone. Has anyone else had any bad experiences with them ? This is really getting irritating. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

i sent them a OEM headgasket to get overbored about 3 weeks ago. they said to just send it over with my info. i sent it... two weeks went by before i could get them on the phone just to even see if they received it. i spoke to a girl there and she said she'll get the machinist to work on it when he came in. i called back the same day just to see how long it would take... no answer. i called back a couple days later and got thru to her again. she said that they needed a d16 block to put the gasket on in order to cut it. i haven't sent them any money as yet because she said she's going to send it COD, but trying to get in contact with someone is almost impossible.

Just to let everyone know Rs Machine is in the process of being sold. The people that are purchacing them are good people. Alot of you know them but I can not give anymore details than that . All of the people that have stuff there and can not get answers. The sell will be final some time this week. This is what I am being told. The new owner will take care of all of you who have or had a bad deal with RS.

I sent a block to get sleeved, only took three months but when I got it back the block numbers had been shaved off and my numbers had been stamped back on it. Im not sure if they broke my block, gave it to the wrong person or what ever. I would have perfered they just left the original block numbers on it. At least I got most of what I paid for unlike what happen to me when I ordered some parts from Trackmasters, me being from Vegas and only dealing with California shop twice and being fucked both times really makes me wonder if every shop in California is a big POS. Lets just hope not.

they most not have liked any of you guys. me and my buddy got recomended to them by bruce the guy who use to drive the venem civic. we payed cash up front, 20g and they fully built a b20 for use in about 2 months, we had no problems with them. i have never heard anyone complain about them until this. maybe most of you came off like you didnt know **** and they took you.

i heard through the grapevine that they are filing chapter 11. So they can cut their loses and not be held liable. Im sorry to hear all the bad things about RS. I only know John and he's a real cool guy. Don't know what went wrong for them to fall off the way they did.

this is very incorrect i can not see them do this it is highly illegal and is altering vin # on the car if you get snaged for this,it is a felony and will be processed as altering vin num or defacing serial nums .basicly you will be pinned on a chop shop felony call them and fix it or call the police

hope they dont see this thread,rs has left some really bad tastes in my mouth and dont think they left with anyone else with anything good, also i think that customers deserve to know that there trying to sell the co. and they need to know this before hand so they dont look as shady, now that they do know i think there will be some major problems in the future for rs and the new owners
