why bother getting it sleeved? just run a dart block, and if no dart block get Golden eagle hands down, that's what all the big dogs run.
IF you ask me your best bet would be to find a block that someone has already sleeved that hasn't been used or just buy a shortblock built by someone who knows what they are doing.

you should not have any problems. Dave C. is a stand up dude with a good product and all mi clients block are from rs machine never had a problem i am from puerto rico !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i dislike ge's sleeve work because i've experienced multiple blocks over the years which have leaked. plus some of there sales staff think its ok to bash other peoples ideas/processes without having any experience or ever seeing it. i speak from experience and would not recommend there sleeve work. thats all.
I'm a firm believer that there is more than one way to do things, some ways better than others. but staying on topic with RS's quality at ? I must say that they offer a product that has proven itself again and again. I've NEVER had a problem with RS Machines at all. Dave(owner) is one of the most stand up guys in this industry and you won't be disappointed with their work.

why not GE? because they glue there sleeves in and if you break you motor, make sure you don't hot tank or jet wash it because then you'll be rebuilding again after the coolant taints your oil and your pistons scuf. They are the cheapest out there for a reason. Because there process lacks what more expensive sleeves offer. If they were $1000, there sales would fall of the earth.
Obviously there 1000$ sleeving process has done nothing but take them to the top, not in any way inhibiting their sales.
They might do awesome block but that customer service mumbo jumbo is false! I know 1st hand!
Why not get an ERL sleeved block. There's no doubt you will pay more money but the quality of work that you will receive from them will be top notch. They also will provide you with great customer service. Here is a picture of a Honda K24 block that's been assembled. It does not have O-rings because it is going to be using a standard gasket and they step deck their blocks to have a better seal in the combustion chamber. This means they leave the sleeves sticking up like .002"-.003" above the deck surface. O-ring is ok on a Honda block but really if you want a better seal you should just go with 1/2" head studs first because they are less maintenance and have 60% better clamping force than a standard sized ARP stud, then see if you still need more help and consider O-ring.
Seriously, you may want to consider spending the extra cash and getting something that will last for a very long time! They will sleeve it, deck it, hot tank, stress relieve, align hone (only bore if necessary. Not necessary in most cases) and finish cylinder hone to piston spec all for the price of the sleeving. 1500.00
