I'll be honest, I've already tried email, numerous phone calls, facebook and I've pretty much have left this one as my last resort.

Call them back.

Personally, if I want to deal with someone and really want some of their work I will find a way to get in touch with them. Every board I know they are on, they would get PM's, Facebook, pm their friends, etc.....Ran across some good deals that way.

I have dealt with RLZ off and on for years now. They are not the easiest to get in touch with. It is a known fact. I would not put them on blast just yet.

And I have done everything possible to avoid even putting it on here , but I pretty much have no other way of communication. Wes was suppose to call me today, and that didn't happen...... I've seen that everyone has nothing but good things to say about them, but communication is a prob.

If you have already paid for work, it is another story but if you are just a new customer, that is by far the worst way to initiate communication. Nightmare customer guaranteed. Don't make a thread on any forum calling anyone out that is not returning your email for potential business.

Did you bother to read the thread? He's tried calling, email, facebook. everything and nobody will call him back. Even after that horrible customer service he STILL wants to do business so he makes a thread here to get someone to call him back. Still nothing. Nightmare customer? No, nightmare customer service.

I've heard nothing but awesome work by RLZ, but putting this kind of info in the public is a great thing for others to see the customer service of businesses. There is no excuse to not answer calls, not return calls, or not return emails. When you charge $3000 for someone to grind and polish a chuck of metal you think they could hire someone to answer the phone.

He isn't a new customer, his cylinder head is already at RLZ and in the very limited communication we had initially, he began work on it a while ago. He hasn't paid a dime because Brad hasn't asked for any payment, and even if he wanted to send Brad money, it isn't possible if he cant get anyone on the phone. We DO want to do business with him and the time he is taking isn't even the issue. We just want communication.

There is no secret agenda of people they deal with. They are just busy but I am 100% confident they will email you or call you back. Sorry to use the term nightmare customer but there are not a lot of RLZs left in the honda market.

Its him or Tom (portflow) or Luke(4piston) or headway or endyn or Saul with MCP. Is there anyone else doing competition honda heads these days? I dont think so.
