It's crap. It started to blink randomly at times after a few months. Then a few more months, it stopped working all together.

Proform Shift Light gets in my book.

i have a proform and an autometer pro shift light
both work GREAT....and NO problems with either of them, ever

i run the autometer off of a potentiometer...so i don't have to waste money on a bunch of pills. i put the potentiometer, along with a dial, in one of hte spare covers on my dash. works great and is infintely adjustable

I use a proform shift light in my car, but it works fine... it does the random little blinky thing, but you barely notice it... cant even tell during the day... It shines nice and bright at 7200rpm though, right where I set it, so thats all that matters to me...

How can you not notice random blinking? Maybe you get used to it, but it's stil not a good thing.

I would tell others to stay away from the Proform Shift Light. I think it's possible that high heat ruined its circuitry, since it happened to me during hot summer days. For those who live in weather that's not hot, maybe it works fine.
