Re: Parish Allmotor H2B quest for 10s
Alright... Changed it up a bit but hopefully all for the good!! But got a set of 62mm kinslers, twin disc, jacks making progress on the header, changed cam setup to a custom roller rocker setup. So now I reAlly need to get this thing put together before I spend more money and go drag cartel 102mm

Track data is KEY. Build the set up with what you have and learn the car, learn to drive it effectively and gather as much data as you can. That will always help you go faster.
Too many people make the mistake thinking you need the biggest and baddest parts before ever running a #. Don't get caught up in their hype and you will be just fine.
Can't wait to see your results, good luck !

Re: Parish Allmotor H2B quest for 10s
I completely agree bc the fastest allmotor around here is still disco monkey with a 250hpish b series and 300hp k series still stuck in the 12s... This is why I'm not going a big stroke until I get all I can get out of a 95 and the rest of the car will be ready for more in the future.
I just don't see spending 1k on a manifold and a year later spending another 2400 to go bigger same with everything else except the fact of a stroker and a dogbox... I'm not buying either until there "needed"

In regards to the forward facing ITB/rearward facing ITB/manifold comparison - a dyno is a perfect equalizer since neither setup will net positive intake pressure there. There are so many aerodynamic and atmospheric variables involved with ram air setups - I would never count on that to make power. Lots of my former K-series customers never saw positive pressure going down the track yet those ITB's (if properly sized) will still make more power than any mono-throttle manifold.

Did someone @ Kinsler recommend that size for you? Not disagreeing with it, just curious.

Columbus ga... We met last year at ifo Montgomery... I had the hatch on the first page of this thread and most ppl remember it by the cantaliver setup suspension
Yes there the size and length that was quoted that I would need from kinsler

Be surprised how fast you can go with data and a small motor...Finish your current build, get seat time and have fun with it.
