Great car! I love the 5SFE/3SGTE combo. Any specific reason for using the 5S block? I've always just put the 5SFE Crank in the 3SGTE to stroke it out in the past.

the only reason i didnt use the crank , was that i started out with only the 3sgte , then later on found out that the 3sgte blok was fragtile over 600hp and the 5sfe blok was alot stronger , at this time i already had order the rods from PAUTER to the 3sgte crank , so thats why its only the blok from a 5sfe ....the right choice is off course to stroke it also...

Was it destroked or sleeved to make it a 2.1 liter? I wish there were a Toyota in the states that can be competitive for SFWD.

the only mod is that the bore is now 87 mm , before 86 mm, stroke is still 86 mm, so it`s not quite a 2,1 L , it`s just some thing i called it , like when peoble says it`s a 5SGTE`.... that doesn`t either exist ......

no it`s 2 kompression rings and one oil scraper , the 3rd " ring groove " you see is a groove for leading heat away when using nitrooxide , the pistons is CP , rods are Pauter and rings are Total Seal .....
