NOS Install Question..
Anytime i install a nitrous kit i put the nozzle about 6-12" away from the throttle body, you have to allow the nitrous ample room to mix with the air-charge.
I usually put it close to the air filter to completely charge the air intake with NOS. Some one even makes a nozzle that mounts in the center of an aftermarket air filter.
Close to the air filter......the nitrous has more time to interact the incoming oxygen, giving you a cold dense intake charge going into the engine. Plus, if you mount it too close to the throttle body, the high pressure will blow through the plenum straight to the #1 cylinder.....bye-bye engine.
