Default Nitrous and high compression motor

ok from what i heard from a friend of mine who builds nitrous cars, i can use my 12.5:1 compression motor with a set of nitrous cams and shot a 150 shot safely, is he crazy or is this possible my setup: minus cams

b18b golden eagle sleeved and block guard
eagle rods 12.5:1 Wiseco pistons
bored over to a 2.0L
GSR head JUN port and polish, custom valve springs
Z10 Girdle,
Oversized .5mm over Ferrera valves.
Toda cam gears, aem intake,
unorthodox crank racing pulley
MSD ignition
VAFC, msd wires, custom 1 3/4" primaries header with 3" collector
Victor X Intake manifold
RC 310CC injectors (i know ill need bigger but how big)
AEM fuel rail
SARD FPR
Chromoly ACT flywheel
ACT xtreme PP and 6 puck clutch

can i run nitrous safely, or do i need low compression
please answer only if you are sure, from trying it before, or if you know the answer, not if you think it would be ok, im seriously considering this option, and runnning 150 shot to a 240 hp allmotor car....

smart and possible are 2 entirely different things. i wouldn't go higher than 10:1 or 10.5. but that is because the people i am familiar with using nitrous successfully go by those numbers.

deffinitly....and at your compression ratio that sounds like a recipe for disaster!

Lower compression is better for nitrous setup motors.

Better? Easier...I would definately want a full standalone and hours of tuning on the gun if I was that high of compression...

yea you can run that shot on 12.5to1, Just run race gas, close the gap on the plugs, lower the timing, and get colder plugs,
