Default Nitrous help with a built LSV.

Well i want to know if i could or even schould run Nitrous..

i am still building the motor but i will have it in a car with in 3 weeks..

heres my set up!

MY HEAD,
PORT\POLISH IM PORTED TO MATCH HEAD
SUPER TEC VALVES NITRADE COATED FLAT REV
SUPER TEC DUAL VALVE SPRINGS
SUPER TEC TITANIUM RETAINERS
RC440 INJECTORS
VIC X IM.
RMF DRAG HEADER
BUDDY CLUB SPEC 4 Cams

MY BLOCK.
Darton Sleeved LS bored out to 85mm, Eagle Rods,
CP 12.5-1 Compression pistons, 89mm LS Crank ITR Oil
and Water Pump Oil

Tranny.
USDM ITR WITH 4.4 FINAL drive.
ls 5th
ACT clutch and flywheel.

HONDATA S200.

sure, you can spray it if you want to.. as long as you have the right timing, the right heat range spark plugs, and use at least 93 octane fuel. it would be just fine. just dont do a dry nitrous kit. it has to be the wet kit so you have a way to get the extra fuel you will need. dry kits will make the engine run lean and could melt it down...

I dont see why not. My friends 12.5:1 H22(stock sleeves) was on a ~200shot for years. ITs now on a 160 shot, because of the single nitrous kit instead of two.

The car made 420whp on the ~200 shot

Truth.

Since you didnt mention what gas u were using, i didnt mention anything either. Good gas is a must.

I think the Victor X manifold is a liitle to much for what your doing but thats only my $0.02

i have a very similar set up and sprayed 50 wet,and got great results, hella fun

my 84x89 b20vtec peformed well with the victor x.... had 12 to 1 compression, skunk stage 3's, etc.. made 240hp 158trq...carried power to 9800
