Hey, honda-tech i'm currently in the process of building my da9 integra, it's a street car full interior and everything. It's a RS model so it's the lightest of all the chassis. weighed in at 2400lbs on a scale without me in the car, and 2570lbs with me in the car. Setup consist of.......
t3/60-1 .63 hotside .70 coldside non bb stage 3 wheel
twisted ramhorn manifold
tial 38mm wastegate
tial 50mm bov
egay FMIC 27x7x2.5
3in downpipe, 3in exhaust into 3in vibrant flat black muffler
innovative traction bar
innovative race solid motor mounts good for (500whp)
cable type r trans 4.7 FD
competition clutch 6 puck unsprung clutch stage 4
competition clutch 12lb flywheel
greddy boost gauge
aem UEGO wideband
b16a2
81.5mm bore
eagle rods
wiesco pistons 9:1
acl bearings
oem honda hg
arp head studs
ITR cams
supertech valvetrain
walbro 255
rc750cc injectors
I am on stock axles, and i'm on street tires running 205/50/15's Nitto Neo-Gens wrapped on LS Meshies. I'm running a stock diff, and plan on running street tires just to see where i'm at and improve from there. I was gonna go ahead and order hondata MAP sensor and shoot for 400whp or 15-18psi whichever comes first, but I know traction would be a big issue and make my car pretty unless at the strip on street tires. So i'm gonna run strictly wastegate spring between 8-10psi for now and see what happens with less power. My question is should I say on street tires, or just purchase slicks? I heard Drag Radials are more prone to break ****, so i'm trying to figure out what would be best to run in my situation. Opinions and help please!! I don't want any snapped axles or busted diffs. Also with my laggy *** turbo and short geared tranny, whats the best method for getting out the hole without spinning my *** off? Bounce off the rev limiter 1st gear to let the trans catch up to speed and same for 2nd or something like that is what I read somewhere. Someone correct me if i'm wrong, cause I have no clue!

Your gona brake shafts no matter what it hapens. just get some slicks your less likely to snap a shaft on slicks then a street tire the slick will take most of the hit also preload the clutch this will help to. Sh*t will brake thats racing if you dont want to brake then dont race. Look into a set of drive shaft shop axels 2.9s thay will be ok for what you are doing.

You've got innovative mounts and traction bar, those combined should really limit wheel hop. Slicks will help alot aswell. Also I didnt see an LSD mentioned, an LSD really helps keep you from snaping axles or breaking spider gears in the differential. Always preload before lauching. If the car starts wheel hopping back out of it because its not running to its maximum potential and you are highly prone to breaking something. If it were me running the street tires I would lauch at about 2500-3500rpm slipping the clutch and slowly feeding it more throttle until its hooked and doesnt bog. Most importantly though is to go out and have some fun!
