Hey people, i have a question. I was at the track last weekend and i ran....
R/T....861
60ft....2.335
1/4....14.3
mph....104.02
This was with 75 shots at 3rd gear and with Goodrich Comp TA radials.

AND then there is this run...
R/T.....863
60ft ....2.208
1/4......13.8
mph .... 100.21
this was with nitrous at 1st gear.

according to this info what should i be runing if i can get the car to hook up better and work on my R/T times. Thanks in advance.

Reaction time will not effect your ET in any way...You could have had a 5 second reaction time and still run a 13.8. The ET timer only starts once you leave the line...


With your 104mph and optimum traction, you could probably go low 13's with time...

yea with those kidna traps low low 13's are very possible. just work on your driving .

 

that mph good for 12s if you can hook it at the start.

 

should i be launching the car or not? i have brand new BFGoodrich Comp TA on there and i was spining them once i shift into second gear. maybe i need full slicks.
