Maximum Bore on a GEM block with O-rings...
I bought a GEM block that was sleeved with O-rings and stepdeck. From what I understand the O-rings are for boosted cars b/c they help seal the headgasket, my question is, for my NA setup can I run 85-86mm with the o-rings???
Also my block didn't come with the actual o-rings. There is just a line around the middle of each sleeve, where I assume the O ring needs to be inserted? Does anyone know how much GE sells these for??

so 85 is max with o-ring.. that's not too bad. I wanted 86 but I guess I'll have to deal with it, and also now I don't need to order custom pistons, b/c people shelf 85mm JE's...
If I have the sleeves for O-rings, do I HAVE to run O-rings? Is there anything bad about o-rings?
