Default Question about sleeves? swapping between blocks

Can sleeves from one block be pressed out then into another block? Darton MID if it makes a difference.

If the sleeves were removed without damaging them you can re-use them in another block. The only thing is you would have to go to the next size piston from what they were in the block they came out of. For example if you had them at a 81mm bore in the first block you would have to go to 81.5mm on the new one.

why is this? do they get slightly warped when removed?

The sleeves will get a little out of round when re-installing them into another block.

Can you swap stock sleeves too? And in regard to having to bore over.... do you typically need to go the full 0.5mm? or will 0.25mm over do the trick?

Stock sleeves are cast into the block. Yoiu might be able to go just .25 over it will depend on how out of round the sleeves get when being put back into another block. you will not know until the sleeves are installed again.
