Ks Tuned Rear Arm kit

Who s already tested this rear kit?
KS tuned Rear Trailing Arm Kit by KS tuned | KStuned.com
is it simply to fit and really 50 pounds lighter than OEM?
who s changed the wheel base by getting rear wheels to the back?

About braking, is there a big difference to not braking rear brakes on pedal?
in the article, they said, it is dangerous to brake rear brakes on pedal, but I ve never get problem
