Default Finally ran it on NOS

I bumped it up to an 85 shot and ran a 12.98 @ 108. I was very impressed with it considering the little money i have in it......

Your sig says you run a wet NOS setup. is it the direct port or single fogger?

this again proves my car lacks fuel from the ZEX dry kit.

Fear not, I have Ford 30 lb/hr injectors to cure that.

Can you say 100 shot and 12.5?

Or can you say KABOOM!

not ragging on anyone..........some can drive, the rest go DOHC.

I nailed ONE 1.995 on some 175/50/13's Yokohama A008 RSII's NA last year.

The rest that night were 2.05-2.10's.

i just dont understadn how a single cam with 4 mods can go 14's and with nitrous go 12's that easy . . . . on street tires no less. . **** if it was that easy i woulda been doing it years ago .
i dunno , i gottas check these things out at the track more . i feel there is some stuff being left out. but nonetheless. very ggreat **** if tru .

Civics don't weigh much, but the times are still damn impressive. I need to get to the track more, that's for sure.

haha i did it.

the fogger placement was crazy...it opens right before the runners..id rather have it in the runner but thats a problem w/ fitment. AHHH.
im kinda scared to run it tho...the foggers open right under the casting of runner..dunno if itll all go into runner or what, oh well...we'll find out hehe

More potential. I mean a 12.9 is good, but it isn't exactly untouchable. Toss an H22, 6 puck, fuel pump, fpr, and a 100 shot into the same car and you'll blow the doors off of a 12.9.
Edit: Roby, nice set up. I got tired of bending hardlines though:

Bend a line, have a triple shot of beer, do a line, have a shot, do a line....
I think running annular nozzles and tapping the back of the manifold may actually be easier, than running lines around sensors, vaccuum lines, and throttle cables.

do a line eh? LOL. anyways, I'm planning on doing a direct port on my extra d16a6 that I'm building w/ a higher compression. And I got a few questions while we're on this subject. You said it would be easier to run the lines under the manifold, but then wouldn't it be a bitch to change out the jets when tuning on the dyno? Also, are those nylon lines just as fine as the bent hard lines?

1. Yes, but you don't have to change jets very often. Also pulling a manifold isn't too hard.
2. They are the same ones as NOS uses in their NOSzles set up. Personally, I haven't gotten a chance to do any real world testing yet, nor do I know anyone who has run nylon lines yet. So I guess you just have to trust NOS that they make a good product.

are they lines you can buy at hydralic stores etc, or specially (or "specially") made by nos?

also, on my sohc the bottom end will be rebuilt to stock specs, w/ rods and pistons (comp. probably 10.5....haven't really looked at pistons yet so don't know the available off the shelf c/r)...but do you think 100 shot direct port would be fine? Or keep it to about 80? I know this is a repeated question, but I'd just like to hear some opinions from users, not retards who've never touched the stuff.
