hard to tell by pics, but ill try, i have everything back together now, but he is right, the hub is to long the hub hits the tapered part of the axle before the bearing makes full contact with flat part of the axle.

 

My hub kept coming loose, I counted the splines and found a hub that matched, ( accord I think).... it fixed the problem. They were stg 5 not the 5.9 though..

im sure you have a machine shop that can help. i had to have a collar made for my dss spool to turn my vss.
