I am sure some of you know the process but NOPI does not pay contingency, the manufacturer does. After each race the forms are sent to the companies with the winner information. It is then the responsibility of the manufacturer to pay it. You can contact NOPI to get the contact information for the company then contact them for your money. Contingencies are posted as bonuses not as payouts, therein lies the difference.

Good luck I am still waiting on contingency checks from 2005/2006

Since nobody at NOPI can return my calls or emails, it makes me wonder if they are done for the year or what. If there is an Epping race, it sure would be nice to get some contingency money so I can afford gas to get up there.

Got my Innovative money today (from BOTI)! Thanks Greg!

Still no answer or return phone call from NOPI. But I am very optimistic and give them the benefit of the doubt. They'll come through.

The "Contact" link on the NOPI Motorsports site has been removed with a list of phone numbers for NOPI. I have personally been trying to call NOPI 2-3 times a week for the past few weeks to find out about my contingency with no answers and no returned calls. I know the last thread was closed and I'm not trying to start a debate just posting up some factual information that further indicates that NOPI is done which is very unfortunate for those of us that have basically purpose built cars for NOPI's rules.

Just got off the phone with Competition Clutch and they said the same thing and that they can't even get ahold of NOPI to find out if the rest of the races are going on.

Anyone had any luck getting money from Honda through the new contingency woman? I've had none for a win last June.</TD></TR></TABLE>
i know its not the companies fault because the sanction has to send them the paper work to get the ball rolling first so im not blaming the companies

As for Honda i havent received money from them yet but they have always been good in the past.So far Supertech is the most promt.i received money at the end of June from them for the BOTI atco race which too me is pretty quick

here is the contact page they pulled down. http://www.nopi.com/nopims/dsp_TC.php?vn=CT01
I have it bookmarked, and now, saved as an HTML in case they delete it too.

as for honda, I am up to date on my payments from them. in fact, I received my 2008 BOTI Orlando and Atco today. i was happy.
I have received my Supertech and Innovative from the same events already too.

I'm still waiting on ACT, Autometer, and YoParts from those 2 races.

I just talked to Frank from BOTI today and he said he will get the BOTI MIR results out to the sponsors this week so they can get the money out.

As for NOPI, ACT and Autometer still havent heard a peep out of NOPI so i have no idea if we'll ever see that.

my question is why would you go to a NOPI event to support them even if they do finish the season if your not going to get your money?

One reason for me personally is so I can inquire about my contingency money since they don't answer the phone!

Not always, who wants to travel to a race with diesel at almost $5/gallon to risk not getting your money? We sure don't.

Hell, its getting so expensive to race that its really not even worth traveling for the current payouts, but that is a sacrifice you have to take.

like boner ben said to find out whats up with our money and its easy for someone who hasnt been running their series to say not to show up.But what if you are in contention for the points?Just dont show up...i know there is no payout for the championship but if you have a chance at it you still want to win
