Default Clutch problems !!!!!! Please help

I have a tilton twin disc, tilton release bearing, and GSR hydro in a 88 crx I used a innovative cable to hydro accuator(the one with the 3/4 wilwood master cylinder) also have tilton flow control. I got everything installed, bled the system, then went to set the pedal stop to find my clutch pedal is very stiff and the clutch wont disengauge. Have'nt pushed the clutch pedal all the way to the floor because it feels to stiff and I'm scared to brake something. I already pulled the trans out, to make sure everything was right, reinstalled and still the same thing. Wondering if anyone had this problem and what they did to fix it? Thanks TOM

I just got back from the track and had the same problem with my competion stage 5. I couldn't stage because the clutch woudln't disengage when pressed in all the way. when i step on the clutch pedal and rev the engine to about 6000+ rpms, the car would start moving forward. i've also been having trouble getting the car into gear. 2nd and 5th is a nightmare and sometimes i can't get the car out of reverse.

what condition is your flywheel in? If worn too much i beleive it would cause these problems.

Very interesting thread. It could be possible that the disks are sticking to the main shaft of the trans. Check & see how easily or difficult it would be to slide the disks on the main shaft by hand. May have to add some more grease.
