Default Boost issue throw ideas at me

I'm having an issue with boost not making what I put in on the boost controller.
Nlr ams 1000 on co2. Full bottle of co2. Set controller to 45 and it may hit 33 barely. Plus it doesn't seem consistent throughout the pass like usual.

I've done a boost leak test from turbo comp housing and found nothing. Also cycled the boost controller with car off to check for leaks and have nothing. Throw some ideas at me to start checking things I may have passed

Thanks guys

What kinda intercooler are you using? Had a issue before when the intercooler wouldn't make me build anymore boost due to just being insufficient up top... Also when u pressure test it are you getting it up to 40+psi? Just throwing some ideas out there hope it helps

I would check the diaphragm inside that wastegate. i have seen a lot of issues with the precision wastegates lately.

x2

Leaking in the wastegate would be the first place I would look.

Intercooler SHOULD be enough. Full race 4" thick dual backdoor.
I pressure tested around 60psi at the compressor housing. I've had the wg open and saw no damage to the diaphram. No tears or holes. Is there some way better to check the gate? When I put psi to the top of the gate there doesn't appear to sound like any air escaping to the bottom side of the gate.

Possibly makes x boost on the gate and x at the manifold due to pressure drop

I wouldn't think there would be that much drop. I literally have 3ft of total intercooler piping. Maybe I'm wrong???

Are you using Dual gate's?
I have dual gates and 1 gate had a tiny pin hole in it. The first time i took the gate's off to inspect it I And didnt see the hole, the car made boost just not the amount we asked for. Took the gate off again and put air to each gate and found the hole... Took the gate apart and it was underneath the flap..... Ordered a new diaphram and boooooom ***** fixed...

Could it be the turbo it self?

I really see value in waste gate position sensors!

I would boost leak test the system again. If it worked before and is all of a sudden is not... you have developed a boost leak.
