i have a teg with built gsr pt76-76 pump gas. holding boost at 14 psi.
we can get a half good tune in 3rd gear where air fuel doesnt go above 12.7
fuel pressure holds at 70psi.
the problem is when we run 1st or 2nd the car goes super rich & if we ltake fuel out then 3rd will be lean as hell. so has any of u tuner guys had this problem & what was done to solve it or what not. we are also getting the same boost in all 3 gears. & when i say rich its goin down around low 10.0-9.8afr.

no spining its just going rich as hell. the power curve doesnt have a big belly in it from spining.
i am tuning with aem.
i am tunning with 1000cc rc,s but we think they might have sent us low independince injecors. we just put some evo stock 550cc is the car but it got to late we will pick back up momorrow morning.

hey hey! play nice!
as for the question, if your running "boost comp" style map, check your boost fuel correct table to make sure it is scaled correctly, ive seen way way way too many cals with that table totally fucked up
also make sure your map sensor is probably calibrated, ie. using the correct wizard
also, check the imp of those injectors, if they are low imp and your not running a injector driver or resistor pack, you risk damaging the ems

You need resistor box for RC 1000cc injectors.

Hey now Cort, be nice... Almost Engine Management is cool!
On a more serious note, as everyone else has said, I'd check the impedance of the injectors, then if you still have problems report back!

Rc does not make saturated 1000 cc injectors. You will need to run a rezistor box or you run the chance or burning the ecu.
You can also look and see how much boost you have in 1st and 2nd gear and see if it too rich at that boost. Then do a 3rd gear pull and compare the boost amount.

the ems will run em, but the drivers go into thermal shutdown...do that enough and u start killin the transistor/driver

well the 550 i have i think are low imped also. but i have a friend comming as i typ with a resisitor box . so we will put the 1000cc back in & go from thier.
everything seems to be fine with all electronics so we are good thier. we were just trying

ya i got some ugly thing on their right now. so aem selld the resistor box thats awsome im thier
cars running great we got 400whp at 18psi with pump gas s owe are happy
with out the box when we tried fixing afr it seems to go opposite of what we wanted.
