What type of competition. I know for drag racing they are not legal because they do not use 6X6 plates to attach to floor. You can add the 6x6 plates to make it legal.

The pictures I've been able to find tell me it's not NHRA legal in any class requiring a cage. Instead of having a diagonal in the door, Autopower uses 2 horizontal bars, like in road racing. That seems to be their focus, SCCA type stuff.

I'm pretty sure it can be bolted in if you use plates on top and bottom and 3/8" bolts...

Hes right, you just need 6"x6" plates top and bottom. And i believe the plate as to be 1/8 " I think, I could be wrong.

Re: Autopower cage competition legal? (NAPIER)
Sorry guys they are ot... this is due to the tubing size and asembly of the cage. it is bolt on must be welded cage and the bends and tube diameter and size do not met the requirement of NHRA.
