Default All Motor setup?

If you guys were to build an all motor car and it were gonna be a street car that was a daily and capable of low 12's what motor setup and parts would you go with:
LSvtec block
CRvtec block
ITR block
GSR block

Reason i ask is that i see many of you are around this time but i wanted to see if there were things that all of you would agree on besides a block thats built right...

i think you have to have at least 2L of displacement to achieve low 12's in a reliable street car. I would recommend a sleeved GSR that is bored out. But for the low budget person a B20 with aftermarket rods and pistons would be fine.
