would someone please clarify how much power i could run on and unsleeved block
...forged internals, just no sleeves , ...with a block gaurd ?
this would be a street car daily driven

which block do you have in mind in particular?
and what exactly do you plan on doing to this motor? how much "power" do you estimate to be making??
