are you having to shift to 5th gear? If not then i'd keep those slicks or maybe go with 24.5x9's for more traction off the line, but if you're having to shift to 5th, try 25's.

Thanks man .. with the Gsr Tranny and the 24.5 inch tire.. i get through the 1/4 at almost redline in 4th gear.. ..

what is your redline? on our H22 we're having to shift to 5th early and redlining at 8500rpm

 

I set the Rev-Limiter to 8500 as well .. I used to have a H22 Turbo Hatch and experienced the same issue..

man you guys make alot of power in that car.... how much is it weighing in at ?

the gsr hatch weighs 2300 w/ driver and the h22 hatch weighs 2310 with driver. Best time with the h22 hatch was 10.6@133mph (low mph that's why im wondering if the hatch is still making 600whp )

Have you considered going to a 15 inch rim with 26's ?

 

im gonna try the new 26x8.5x13's

H22? yeah i see alot of smoke lol.

 

Yeah H22 Here's an engine bay shot .. kinda of a mess.. had some problems that day. in my old car i ran a T-66 BB, DFI 6.0, 900cc injectors .. standard bore.. 9.0 compression




My current project consists of a b18c1 standard bore - with stock head..
