Default Help with 08 Engine Block rules clarification

I was just reading through the rules for the NOPI/NHRA Power Street class and was a little unclear on the type of block to run.

I will be running a GSR motor and have been considering what to do for a block.

From what I read it looks like the DART block is not legal for this class. am I right?

If that is true, can I run an aftermarket sleeved block to up my diplacement?

I know it's a bit of a newb question, but hey this will be my first year out of brackets thanx!

I e-mailed Glenn Woods from NOPI about this and some other things that were unclear with regards to discrepancies between front and rear suspension allowances and this is what I got back:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">No after market blocks allowed for this class. Motor can be sleeved. Yes you can run the limit straps in the front, as well as the strut tower braces, lower braces and adjustable upper control arms. (i.e SPC/Skunk2)

He answered all my questions very well and very quickly!!
