Sourcing Acid wheel cleaner

Does anyone know where I can get some strong acid wheel cleaner? I've heard that is one of the best things to use on the aluminum of the engine block for removing stains, etc.

the napa around my house sales it. If not the meguires hot rimz for chrome wheels is basically acid

meguiars wheel brightener. it comes in gallons, meant to be diluted (of course). you can get it from autogeek and the like.

use with extreme caution.
