how many psi can that intercooler withstand?

 

I don't know...The quality of the IC seems good and the welds are nice. I would estimate up to 20 psi. I ran 14 on it for awhile..

I would send pics, but it is packaged up in the box already. Some fins are bent on the backside and were straightened, there are holes drilled in the flanges that are used for mounting. Not much else to say about it..
