ugh
I'm guessing here - are you talking about the pin in the shift-linkage? If so, my experience is that you need a 1/4" punch and then just go crazy with a hammer, and it will come out. If you have to, jack up the car higher so you can swing more.
im in henrico
if i end up needing help i'll let u know man thanks for the offer , and yes im talking about the shift linkage roll pin , i've wd40'ed it , used ust remover , done the clamp and the socket thing and bought a tool for it still hasnt moved

Yeppers, just take the shift linkage out WITH the transmission and then you will have room to really swing a BFH at it. As stated before you MUST support the shaft with a socket or something so you don't bend it or crack the transmission case around it. Also, I've never seen a frozen part that a good pneumatic chatter gun couldn't break loose.

I think I paid $20 for a pin/punch/chisel set from Sears - Craftsman. It will have a flat tipped pin with straight sides (a drift pin) the correct diameter in it - go buy the correct tools for the job.

take a spare bolt with a 12mm head on it. Grind the end of it so it's slightly tapered so it can center itself in the roll pin. Bash it with a hammer. It always works. It takes about 6 good hits and it's out. If it takes more than that, swing harder.
