I'm going on an Adventure !
Hello guys,
I joined a last year after I found an S600 and wanted to know more about it.
After making sure the little to none rust it has was reparable and almost one year later I ended up buying it for, wait for it: $255 to $260 depending on the exchange.
I checked and the engine is there and it turns, so that's a good sign.. I'll be starting to dissassemble it today and share more pics later on.
My plan: Long term proyect, I want to try my best to revive the original engine and only, but only if it comes to a point where it either is just not possible or just stupid expensive (most likely), then I'll consider swaping, yes I know some might not agree, but I promise to try my best at reviving the original enginge;
And don't worry, if it comes down to swapping, I will keep it in the honda family, either a b18 or a k20z3, I found Bozwell's F20c swap in the forum yesterday but nothing is set on stone yet... It all depends on the old engine
I'm almost certaing black is not his original colour so I'll check that later.
Sadly, it has no interior, nothing at all, so most likely I'll be recreating it from scratch, or saving up to get some used-to be restored seats, dashboard etc
Let me know if you have any questions, tips or recommendations, those will always be welcome !

Re: I'm going on an Adventure !
Hello, I own a Honda S600 too. I bought it 1975. I run it for 2 or 3 years, and then stored it away. And now it's my adventure. More or less everything is original. How far is your adventure?
