Honda CRX 86 Rear defogger keeps blowing fuse in my relay switch... what's possible? is it a bad relay switch? I've rated the terminal's voltage at about ~12 volts but it keeps burning out my 20amp fuse, I'm not sure if it's a relay problem or the wiring problem... On side note the connectors are fine that connects to the rear window's grid.. any ideas how I can keep the fuse from blowing and not "cheat the fuse by going more than 20 amps as it's supposed to be"?

you more than likely have a wire exposed somewhere.
