Default 1984 Nighthawk 650SC Clutch and Other Issues

Just bought a 1984 Nighthawk 650SC today with 10.5k miles and almost got it home. Electrical problem and wouldn't start. Fixed bad connection and started on my way. Must have blown a fuse since blinkers wouldn't work. Since found out where fuse box was. Lost the clutch and had to park it. Didn't stiffen up after pumping. Checked reservoir and it was full but nasty. My questions are as follows: not exactly sure where bleed valve is but assume somewhere down by clutch-does it have a dust cover typically? Know the size of the wrench? Will bleeding typically restore its function? Should I basically keep filling the reservoir till it comes out clear (or clearer)? Any suggestions? Thanks.
