I recently bought a 1999 honda passport it has 4wd and as many of you are aware you can get awd conversion for civics and such using a crv transfer case could could the same thing be done for my passport I kind of want to make it into a performance SUV like a track hawk any one think this is possible? If so have any pointers to get this done?

In my opinion a performance suv should have a larger displacement engine with a fat torque curve that starts just off idle more then a high revving peaky in-line 4 cylinder. 4 bangers work great for light cars I just don’t think it’s a very purposeful engine for a sport suv build.

Your Passport is not a Honda. You should look into what people do with Isuzus for modification. Is there even a market for modded Rodeos?

I was thinking swapping in the newer nsx engine in time since it currently has a 3.2l v6 and a ls swap while cool takes away from the spirit from what I want to do to the car
