Yes it will work, but I am sure that you've heard that it is not recommended 1,000,000 times.

Yeah i've heard that it isnt recommended but i am one who doesnt leave his car in gear so i wouldnt worry about starting it in gear. Do you know how to make the ecu think the clutch is in all the time???

depending om the car look by the clutch pedal there will either be a button by the floor or by the top of pedal or both. all you have to do is figure out if they are normally open switches or normaly closed and wire them so the ecu thinks th e pedal is pushed down. i did one on a friends eclipse and all i had to do was unplug the switch on the floor and it worked

most honda's have two on the clutch... one that tells when the clutch is first pushed in (have no idea what this switch is really for) and one that gets pressed when the clutch is all the way to the floor. That 2nd one is the one you need to jumper

look for the 2 wires with a yellow or green harness on the end if them, will be at the top of the clutch pedal assembly, the just take a wire and jumper the 2. THen you can start your car without pushing in the clutch, and enjoy walkinf out to a warm car in the winter.
