Default thinking of a trap door...

in my hatch, the rear where the spare tire goes is a bit rotten...ill soon weld it up but i was thinking of building a trap door that i could open to let out all the bass when i want it to be really loud out of the car..... lol, it might sound stupid but i really want the bass to be heavy outside and i thought a trap door would be cool...

I'm sure it will be louder outside the car, and it's your car but if your sounds get stolen are you going to come on here and say "how did the thieves know I have a stereo?"
I always turn mine down when I go past people.

okay...i don't have 4k invested ion mine so i guess tthats different...

lets see
radio-free
changer-free
sub-$70
box-$30
amp-$50
wires-$10
speakers- free

i guess you could say if a thief broke my car he wouldn't be setting me back more than 100 us dolars

and getting used equipment for me is easy cheesy

if i had ivested the amount of money you guys have i wouldnt even have it in my car!

lol, i'd say so, if you want a "trap door" invest in an after market sunroof, could be a bit safer?
