Default voltage on stereo

what is the voltage supposed to be on the ignition and constant power. I'm guessing the constant power is supposed to be 12v but what is the ignition supposed to be?

12v as well. it's a signal, most things in the car are either Open Circuit (0) Ground, or + 12v.
