Default Usual output connection from a headunit?

I want to use my Logitech Z5300 system in my car, but I have yet to get a new head unit so I don't what the output connections are. The inputs on the amp for the speakers are the standard 3.5mm (like headphones) and are marked Front, Rear, and Center/Sub. Do most head units have 3.5mm outputs or will I have to make some sort of wire on my own?

No head units have 3.5mm outputs. Additonally, not many head units have 5.1 outputs that are necessary to run that system.

Not to mention the large inverter needed to power the amplified sub.

Sounds like a ****-ton of work and wiring for the ear shattering bass of the 6.5" driver...
