tweeters
Pioneer DEH-P6900UB is my head unit, I really don't know about the crossovers, the tweeters are left from the previous owner who thought that the jvc head unit he had in there was hot stuff. I am not very sound equipment literate but I know quality.
My questions would be, why are you only replacing the tweeters?
Are they the tweeters of a Polk 2way component speaker system, or just a set of tweeters that were added to something else?
If so^^^^
What else is connected with the tweeters?
Are they running off the Pioneer HU, or is there an off board amp driving them?

Then you should be replacing the set not just the tweeters.
Component speakers are generally higher power handling then a 2way coax, even today's Polk, entry level, 2way component system db6500 is a 100W speaker, [300W peak], without a model number I don't know about yours, but would be willing to bet they are 75-80 watts anyway.
You can not drive a set of 75W 2way component speakers properly with HU power, you ideally would use a 2x75-100 watt amp to drive them.
Polk speakers are pretty good, for the price, even their entry level speakers are, if the mids are still good, [unlikely, when component speakers "blow" it's almost always the tweeter that goes first] and the x-overs are still good, [also unlikely] you should replace the tweeters with "matching" ones, [same power handling, same frequency response, same impedance] in other words, a set that will work properly with the Polk x-overs.
