Relocate the hood release cable. (search, other have explained better than I)
Install a fuel pump kill. Wire it into the alarm if you want. Make sure its normally disabled if you do that, so the alarm has to enable the fuel pump.
Alarm is only as good as the installer.
Park it under a street light if you have to leave it onthe street.
Remove the v-tec sticker from the back if you have a gsr/type-r.

Nothing will stop a flat bed and determined theives.

get a hood pin, and a backup battery
removeable wheel
glass brack sensor (Spark plug + ur window = no movement, but ur glass brake sensor will hear it and go off
tilt sensor (can't steal ur rims)
2 extra srines is a good idea, my firend is runing 3 + 1 fake up, and 2 backup batterys all around his car
fuel cut off switch
THE BOOT

lots of stuff to keep it safe
can't go wrong with A Club with 2 hooks
and 2 Autolockers

just like previously stated
buy a hood pin switch and add in to the alarm

proxy sensor
back up battery
3 extra sirens. 1 on the outside 2 on the inside
i leave my windows down all day and night,
if you stick your hand in the alarm will go crazy.

They had a new A+E documentary and after having pro thieves try to break anti-theft devices as quick as they could they reccommended this http://www.disklok.com/

oh yeah and all people living in high risk areas should get a driveway patrol for $20

not to sound like a bad *** or anything but in my old town, there was alot of car theft going on. I was in high school and didn't care as long as they didn't mess with my baby. And evertime i'd hear someone talking about them stealing cars i told them " if my car has anything missing or comes up missing so will you, your mom, your dad, your neighbors, everything you hold dear, and i'm not ****** with you"

They took me pretty serious since my incodent with a senior freshman year. So my car was never once messed with. I'd leave my CDs and everythign on my seats with the windows down. No one messed with my baby.

I would go with everyone elses suggestions... as I did. I was once a noob on this but now I feel like I've learned a decent amount from everyone.. (thanks dudes)

I personally

Got a quick release hub, kill switches, relocating hood, decent alarm, etc...

the only part about an alarm that I think works is the flashing light. Some punks might go.. hmmmmmm nahh. And walkaway.. seasoned dudes will break right in and turn it off. Its better to have just your stereo stolen then your car though.

MAKE sure you dont leave anything in your car thats inviting... bags, backpack,CDs, misc crap.. and take your face off of your headunit. If it doesnt look like theres anything there to take.. most people wont bother.

Want to hear some wack ****...everything in my car was stolen before I did all this stuff. They found the people who did it a week later.... it was 2 bitches. a 19 year old chick and a 23 year old bitch... why does that suck more than just some dude? haha

Good luck witch yer security shizz

I just connected the hood pin switch to my alarm today, and I think I did right.
I connected to the green wire which is the + door something I dont remember, but I works pretty good. anywayz...........so whenever my hood is opend, my door light is on too because I connected to the door wire. the reason Y because Viper alarm doesnt have any wire says hood switch or anything.
So my alarm will sound whenever the thieves try to pop up my hood to disconnect the battery. so your thieves better what out *****s. the next thing is I'm gonna hook up the 3 extra sensors, but first I gotta do a searching. can any one can hook me up with this...thanks....................
Thanks for your advices man............

Thanks for your advice All viper [DEI] alarms have pos. door trigger neg. door trigger, [ Honda] and a hood/trunk trigger, you said the alarm trips if you open the trunk, so the hood/trunk trigger is being used for the trunk only and it sounds like you wired the hoodpin to the neg. door trigger but no biggy if it works. BTW very few cars, [Ford] use the pos. door trigger 94

Your EASY TRACKING™ will operate in any country with compatible GSM Network and SIM Cards.

Full functionality is best achieved in areas with both GSM Network Service and GPS satellite broadcast signal. Wide open outdoor areas are ideal for the GPS satellite receiver. GPS receivers can suffer interference from transmitting devices which may cause dropouts in GPS coverage but this is generally uncommon and more likely in large commercial centres. The EASY TRACKING™ will continue operating without either service necessarily available. If the GPS is unavailable the EASY TRACKING™ will remember the last position with GPS service available and provide you with that information.
