does anybody know how to remove the rear deck of the '95 civic to give way to new speakers.

 

I'm not sure about Civics but I presume it's just the same as any other car. Remove the rear seats. Remove third brake light, pop off any fasteners with a pry tool, lift rear deck. There's probably an obstacle or two along the way just work your way around it.
