Re: Rear deck speakers
Well, those can be a real pain in the azz. The rear deck needs to be removed which requires removing the "C" pillars and seat, lots of removal and not a lot of fun.
I do however have a trick for you, and it involves much less tome and effort. If you look at the bottom of the rear deck from inside the trunk, you will see 4 white plastic fasteners that hold the rear 6x9s in place. If you grab these fasteners with pliers and twist while pushing up, thou can loosen the speaker, don't be afraid to put some force on them, they will not be reused. After all four fasteners are loose, you can remove the 6x9 from the mounting hole thru the bottom. The fact that its a oval speaker makes this possible. T mount the new speakers, use tinermin clips supplied with the speakers, they slip in place over the hole the fastener was in. One of the benefits of this method is it is much easier to replace the speakers, as opposed to removing all the panels as mentioned above.

Re: Rear deck speakers
The screws will face up when your done, speaker flange will be mounted from the bottom of the metal deck lid, opposite of how they are mounted currently. I recommend sealing the speaker to the rear deck, foam tape works well.

As far as I can remember, the grilles pop off on the sedan.
