Default Rca cable

Ok so i was just looking at my rca cable hooked to my amp and i noticed a problem. one of the jacks broke off in the amp the little prong thing. Now do i have to replace the whole rca cable of what other options do i have?

You could just buy an RCA end and replace the broken one, it will require some soldering, I do not recommend that option for anyone that has not terminated RCA ends before.
Although it may not look like it, it will probably be easier for you to just replace the RCA cable with a new one. 94

Ok fcm what about getting the end out of the amp ive been trying but cant get it out.

Find a screw that just fits into it. Screw it in a bit then pull. Use some hemostats. Take it to a car audio shop and they will probably pull it for free. Use your imagination and technical know how.

Easiest way is to "open" the amp up, remove cover and push it out from the inside, you may also be able to pull it out using a "pick", I have pulled a few using my right angle pick... http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog...talog you may have something that will work.

The important thing is not to damage the amps RCA plug. 94

Agreed, don't scrape up the rca's in the process, I thought that would be obvious though. If you amp is still under warranty opening it can void that warranty.
