Default Radio not working Help!!

The radio was working fine this morning, but I went over a speed bump and the speakers sounded like bad reception from a cd. I pulled out my deck and it got a little better, so I put it back in the console and thenthe music stopped coming from the speakers but the cd was still reading on the cd player. Dont know what to do.

You may have a ground out speaker line somewhere. unplug the harness from the radio and use a test light that has a ground indicator or a multimeter to check continuity to a ground source of each speaker wire to fine the grounded out line. It could be at the speaker itself of somewhere along the line.

x2 more than likely a speaker wire is grounding out on the frame or metal

Old unit or faulty parts. Sounds like you blew the outputs on the cd player
