quick amp question
i recently bought an amp and i just for fun took it apart to check everything out. Upon opening it up, i noticed a few things seemed to be held in with hot glue. the amp came from ebay, and it came with everything original packaging and everything, so i figured it was fine, but is the hot glue normal?

actually, i just looked at the box cover, and in one angle noticed that there is hotglue on some of the things, so i'm assuming that its fine.
QWK is right
Those are the coils you have seen and glue is used because its non-conductive to the board that its resting on, unlike some other "bonding" materials such as solder (conductive) which is used to actually transfer engergy in the form of a connector
